HI, I’M NICOLE — FOUNDER OF PINE & PEAK COLLECTIVE.
As a vacation rental owner operating in the Lakes Region of Maine for the past five years, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to design, position, and refine rentals that perform beyond peak season.
What started as one property became two — and this year, a third in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Through both success and iteration, I've developed the systems, pricing strategies, and design instincts that now guide the advisory work I offer to independent homeowners.
I created Pine & Peak Collective because I kept wishing something like it had existed when I was starting out — structured guidance from someone who actually operates in these markets, not a generic playbook from someone who doesn't.
