HI, I’M NICOLE — FOUNDER OF PINE & PEAK COLLECTIVE.
As a vacation rental owner operating in the Lakes Region of Maine and the White Mountains of New Hampshire for the past 5+ years, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to design, position, and refine rentals that perform beyond peak season.
What started as one property became two — and this year, a third in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Through both success and iteration, I've developed the systems, pricing strategies, and design instincts that now guide the advisory work I offer to independent homeowners.
I created Pine & Peak Collective because I kept wishing something like it had existed when I was starting out — structured guidance from someone who actually operates in these markets, not a generic playbook from someone who doesn't.
